Abstract Submission Guidelines
Researchers, food scientists, nutritionists, food technologists, academicians, industry professionals and students are invited to submit original research and scientific contributions for the International Summit on Food Science and Technology 2027, organized by 7ElevenForum.
Abstract Format
Abstracts should generally be between 300–400 words, written in clear English. Where applicable, include Background, Objectives, Methods, Results and Conclusion. Provide a concise title that reflects the research.
Originality & Research Ethics
Submissions should present original research, reviews, experimental findings, case studies or relevant scientific work. Authors are responsible for securing required ethical approvals, permissions and informed consent where applicable.
Scientific Review Process
Abstracts may be reviewed by the Scientific Committee for originality, scientific quality, relevance, methodological clarity and contribution to food science and technology.
Presentation Types
Authors may indicate their preferred presentation format, such as Oral Presentation or Poster Presentation. Final acceptance and presentation arrangements are subject to scientific review and the confirmed conference program.
Key Scientific Areas
Topics may include food chemistry, food microbiology, food safety, food processing, food engineering, food preservation, functional foods, nutraceuticals, nutrition, food packaging, quality assurance, food biotechnology and sustainable food systems.
Author Registration
At least one author of an accepted abstract should complete the applicable registration requirements within the announced deadline to confirm participation. Please review the registration terms before payment.
Submission Confirmation
Following successful submission, an acknowledgement should be sent to the submitting author. Please provide a valid email address, accurate author information and complete abstract details.
Publication Opportunities
Selected contributions may be considered for conference proceedings or other publication opportunities, where available and subject to applicable editorial, peer-review and publication requirements.
